This month will see the completion of building works to expand the medical centre building in Langtang, Nepal.
This is the first phase of a long term plan to provide basic dental care for the local residents and surrounding villages and has been funded entirely from Matt’s Trust.
All the materials were locally sourced and transported on foot - a 3 day trek - as there are no roads in this part of the Himalayan valley.
We’d like to thank everyone who has raised money or has donated to the Trust during the past 4 years making this project possible. Moving on, we have a future project in mind looking at providing fresh water to remote villages in the valley. We hope to achieve this with the collaborate of other charities who support the area
